Any product can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if returned unopened within 15 days from the time you receive it. After it is opened, it is subject to the refund of the zapper only, as all other accessories are consumable and cannot be sold to others. The Zappicator is used for food, pets, and on the body, so we do not offer a refund as we cannot resell it.
We do our best to help our customers with understanding the Hulda Clark approach in a nutshell. Dr. Clark explained it in expanded form in her books, which we encourage everyone to read and understand.
Our customers are often those who know the value of prevention. They value the ability to keep well and stay well, with their families and friends. Those are some of our long-time customers. We congratulate you all.
We still encounter people who want a magic bullet to instantly fix their problem. They have no time to invest into cleaning up their houseful of toxic chemicals, or do the body cleanses which form an important part of Hulda Clark’s protocol. This type of people may have unreal expectations and are often the ones who do not give their body time to heal.
We also appreciate that some due to surgeries, drugs, and interventive measures may not have the body resources to fully recover. They do not have the time or energy to devote to the Hulda Clark approach, which is understandable.
We know that the Zapper is not for everyone, and that is why we give a time of 1 year in order to fully try it out.
