Where does my shipment come from? All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada.
Will I be charged duty and taxes? Some international shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value and country limits.
What countries do you ship to? If your country is not listed in our selection of countries on the website, we do not send products there, due to security and delivery issues. At this time, due to theft and unstable circumstances, we cannot ship to: Africa, India, Mexico. We do have many customers who live in one of these countries, who have their order shipped to a friend living in another country in the US or Europe, who will personally deliver it to them. Every method of avoiding theft and vandalism is vital.
How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
International Air Mail can take one month or more to arrive, so please be patient if you choose to use International Air Mail.
We strongly recommend XpressPost:
- it takes 1-4 days to arrive within Canada
- USA orders arrive within 5 business days
- International orders are typically delivered within 7 business days
Delivery times for other services vary. Tracking numbers are available ONLY with XpressPost, Expedited and Tracked Packet services.
Question: I am in Nigeria. How can I buy your product? Unfortunately, we no longer ship to any African country due to rampant fraud and postal theft. We’ve shipped to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Swaziland, South Africa and other African countries and every single parcel was reported missing or stolen. I wish we could fix the problem but it is out of our control. If you know someone in another non-African country who is traveling to Nigeria, you can have the zapper shipped to them, and they can bring it to you. At checkout if your country is not listed there, we do not currently ship to that country.
