Question: I bought a zapper from a different company and it’s a small device with two electrode pads on the device so it doesn’t have any wires or anything. There is a port that I could connect wires too, but it didn’t come with anything. Would your attachments work?

We advise against combining any of our products or accessories with another manufacturer.
We do not know the output of your device in KHz or waveform. We cannot support other devices not knowing their circuit or output. Many zappers are not made in a professional facility, and thus we do not trust their work.
We use a 2mm jack that we use with a 2mm right angle wire connected to our wrist cuffs by a snap connector. We also use a 2mm pin connector for some of our accessories. Can you ask your company if they are compatible? You are welcome to buy what we have but we do not guarantee any results.
Note that if you buy our conductive wrist cuffs, you would have to get a wire pack too, as replacement conductive accessories do not come with wires. We provide wires to every buyer of our units but not replacement pieces.
